The "Intranet" is a complete organization management system including all aspects of constituent, donation, and volunteer management. Nearly all aspects of the web site can also be managed including press releases, media coverage, home page features, photos, and advocacy alerts. Digital communications are managed as well, allowing employees to send out simple or complex HTML e-mails which can then be full tracked from views and click through to final actions. When users act on action alerts through the external system, information is pulled back into the system on a daily basis for detailed reporting. Complex searches and reporting can also be done on all other aspects of the system, provide a truly integrated solution.

This annual fundraising event requires the production of a "save the date" postcard, invitation package, program, and many other marketing and development pieces. Every year a visual design is planned around that year's theme, and all pieces are tightly designed to match.

This full color piece has been the core of ongoing marketing. It was designed to last, so while it doesn't incorporate the latest design elements of the mature web site and other print pieces, it still stands as the basis for the overall identity of the organization.

Quad Brochure (288kb PDF)
The organization's main logo requirement adjustments to bring it to the modern digital age and allow for the creation of all formats needed for online and print use. The "fist and checkmark" logo was originally designed for the 2007 Voting Rights March. Since then, it has turned into a symbol of DC's stuggle for democracy and has been used for buttons, lawn signs, and many other materials. CWCS has designed the full identity including letterhead, business cards, and many other buttons, awards, and other pieces as needed.
